What your booking includes
The call provides dating coaching and strategy. Matchmaking introductions and ongoing support require a separate arrangement, and no particular match or relationship outcome is guaranteed.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or if Roy cancels as described below.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. The replacement call must take place within 30 days of the original appointment, subject to availability.
Late cancellations and missed calls
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the appointment, and missed calls, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except where required by law.
If Roy cancels
You may choose a full refund or a new appointment. This does not count toward your rescheduling limit.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the call still ends at the scheduled time. If Roy is late, you will receive the full 50 minutes or an agreed replacement appointment.
Connection problems
If technical problems prevent Roy from providing the call, you may choose a refund or a replacement appointment that does not count toward your rescheduling limit. If you cannot connect, notify Roy promptly; any exception to the missed-call policy must be agreed with Roy.
Privacy
We use your name, email, phone number and booking details to arrange and provide your consultation. Stripe processes payment information, and Google Calendar and Google Meet support scheduling and the video call. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

These terms do not limit cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any such right applies even where these terms describe a payment as non-refundable.
